Skagerrak is a vital resource for the economic development of the regions that surround it. Fishing, tourism and quality of life in the regions depend on the conditions of Skagerrak. The sea has also unique natural and ethnogeographical conditions that make it worthwhile to protect.
Projektet Forum Skagerrak II är avslutat, men idéerna lever vidare Forum Skagerrak II var en fortsättning av det tidigare Forum Skagerrak I. Samarbetet har pågått sedan 1999. Resultaten från detta samarbete mellan organisationer i regionerna runt ett gemensamt hav har varit mycket goda.
Intresset för vårt arbete har rönt stort intresse inklusive förstanyhet vid flera tillfällen på nationell TV. Nedladdning av våra dokument från hemsidan har slagit alla tänkta rekord.
Vi vill passa på att tacka alla som bidragit till allt detta material. Vi uppskattar att ca 65 personer i större eller mindre grad har gjort detta möjligt.
Viljan hos parterna i projektet att söka nya former för samarbete är stark och därför finns goda förhoppningar om en fortsättning.
The project Forum Skagerrak II has now come to an end, but the ideas will live on. Forum Skagerrak II vas a continuation of the former Forum Skagerrak I. The cooperation has been going on since 1999. The result from the cooperation between organisations around a common sea has been very good.
The interest of our work has received a great deal of attention including first page news in national TV at a number of occasions. The number of downloads from our web site has been much more than we ever expected.
We would like to thank all of you who have contributed to all this material. We estimate that approximately 65 persons have been involved to make all this possible.
There is a strong will amongst the partners to find new forms to continue this awarding cooperation and we can only hope for an interesting cooperation in the future.
